Please read the following policies carefully before signing the registration form:

• FEES DUE - All fees are payable in full by the first lesson. Invoices will not be distributed for each new term. A late pay charge of 10% will be added to your account if your re registration fees are late. This charge will not be applied to those registering for the first time.

• REFUNDS - Except in the case of your illness, substantiated with a medical certificate, refunds are not available after the third class of any term. Refunds for withdrawals prior to the third class of any term will be calculated by deducting a per hour portion for classes already taken, plus a $15 administration fee.

• ATTENDANCE - Group classes…Attendance at classes are the student's responsibility. Credit cannot be given for classes missed (see “Refund”).

• ATTENDANCE - Private Lessons … Should you cancel a private lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will be expected to pay the full lesson fee.

• NSF CHEQUES - A fee of $30.00 will be charged for returned cheques.

• CANCELLED AND/OR POSTPONED -Group Classes: Edgett International Dance Limited reserves the right to cancel any advertised class if registration is not adequate. Classes postponed due to inclement weather or instructor illness will be rescheduled.

• LOSS - Edgett International Dance limited is not responsible for any loss of belongings or injury while on the premises, or while traveling to or from classes or lessons. This applies to regular and/ or special events (e.g. practices, party nights, etc.) whether held in our studio or other rental locations.

• FUTURE PLANS - We cannot guarantee that the class schedule will remain the same each term

• PRIVACY ACT - Under the Privacy Law, we will respect your personal information. Your information will be used for the sole purpose of providing you and us with information related to your registration in dance class. Your information will not be given or sold to any other party or parties.
